Delivery Periods
Blindo liaise carefully with courier companies to ensure their customers that each product ordered is delivered and received within the estimated period provided to the customer when purchasing. Blindo assures their customers that their readymade products will be received within 5-7 working days however custom made products may take 15-20 working days which will begin once the payment has been approved (this excludes weekends, public holidays).
All estimated delivery periods provided are based on our experience with our courier companies however it is important to know that although we stick by the estimated period of delivery there are external factors that Blindo unfortunately can’t control. Blindo will always keep you in the loop however delays such as material shipment or public holidays may impact delivery. If you have not received your purchase within the delivery date it is imperative that you contact Blindo right away.
Methods & Conditions of Delivery
Blindo liaise with selected courier companies and Australia Post to deliver all orders to our customers. The size of the order determines the method of delivery road, air, or both.
When entering your address details it is IMPORTANT to double check that the information you are providing is accurate as this will be the address that your order is sent to. Once the order has been despatched we will not redirect the delivery to the correct address as it is now out of our control. If you are aware that your address is difficult to locate it is essential that you provide further information in a separate area on your order to help the courier locate you with ease. If the courier cannot locate your address or no one is home they will leave a calling card with information stating that you have the choice to reschedule delivery or pick up your order from the depot.
At NO time will the courier company call to confirm delivery times. If you decide to reschedule delivery and agree to leave your order unattended to and not signed for Blindo are under no circumstance responsible as you are considered to be the owner once the order has been delivered due to the previous arrangements that you personally organised.
Australia-wide Shipping and Delivery
With the exception of any of the conditions outlined above and shutters (or any other product where we need to visit your property to take professional measurements in which case we service Greater Brisbane and Gold Coast areas), Blindo delivery is available Australia-wide.
