Blindo works directly with the manufacturers of our blinds and curtains, allowing us to sell them at much lower prices than other outlets. In fact, some of our products are up to 70% cheaper than other sellers.
Our blinds are made here in Australia. We work directly with local factories and manufacturers and ensure all our blinds comply with the highest Australian standards for quality and safety.
Inside-mounted blinds are mounted inside the window/door casing, while outside-mounted blinds are mounted on top of the window/door casing or anywhere outside of it.
Inside-mounted blinds often provide a neater and more refined look. However, if your window or door has obstructions like bars or handles, then outside mounted blinds may be the better option for you because they offer more space for accommodating these parts.
Yes, we can resize any ready made blinds that you buy from Blindo. However, we do not provide resizing services for blinds purchased from other sellers.

Yes, most of our blinds are designed to be easy to install, requiring minimal equipment and basic skills to install properly. All our blinds also come with detailed instructions for installation.

We also use the most up-to-date e-commerce security measures on our site, including the use of reputable, security certified services for online transactions.
For extra security and your peace of mind, we also remove all your banking information from our system once we’ve processed your order.
We work with Australia Post and select couriers to deliver your products Australia-wide.
For ready made products, you can expect your delivery to arrive within 5-7 working days.
Custom-made products, however, will take 15-20 working days, which starts from the day that your payment is processed.
These estimates are based on our experience with Australia Post and the select couriers we work with. Please keep in mind, however, that some factors affecting your delivery time may be out of our control. In such cases, we will always endeavour to keep you updated with new estimated delivery times.
Yes, all our shipping costs include standard insurance for damage or loss during delivery.
You may have noticed that other sellers provide cheaper delivery costs, but that’s because they don’t include insurance in their delivery.
At Blindo, we include insurance in your shipping cost by default so that you’ll always get what you paid for. It’s the safer and more practical choice.
If your product is lost or damaged during delivery, we will help you coordinate with the responsible courier to make sure you get your due compensation.
Warranties & Returns FAQ
Yes, every Blindo product is covered by a 1-year warranty. If the blinds or curtains that we deliver to you are faulty, then you can claim for a replacement or repair during this period. Please keep in mind, however, that you will be responsible for the cost of shipping the items back to us for evaluation. This warranty also excludes any wear and tear due to misuse or incorrect installation.

Yes, we offer returns for the following cases:
- Wrong or faulty products delivered
- Wrong measurements – only for ready made blinds that are in their original condition and returned within 7 days of purchase

If you have your ready made blinds resized by our specialists before they’re delivered to you, then your warranty will remain active. But if you decide to have them resized by a third-party after receiving them, then the warranty will be voided.
